FTF Giveaway of The Other Slipper!

Author Kenechi Udogu has been generous enough to offer us a copy of her book, The Other Slipper (two guesses where that story goes ;) )

Synopsis:

When Jo finds a lone glass slipper on the night of the royal ball, she realises that there is more to the seemingly ordinary object than meets the eye. Searching for its owner, she is led to the palace where the princess sets her on a journey that thrusts her into an unexpected world of magic and illusions. It soon becomes clear that there is a lot more to her mission as she discovers startling secrets about her past and struggles to embrace her destiny.

To enter to win a copy of The Other Slipper, leave a comment telling me what you would do if you found *the* glass slipper!

This is for an electronic copy of the book, which means it's international! Also- be sure you've filled out the giveaway form! (and don't leave me any personal info in the comments!)

  1. If I found the "other" slipper I would immediately try in on. If it fit I would be ecstatic and definitely look for the prince. If it didn't fit I would try all my worthy female friends and family members to find a good fit. I really would like to keep the luck in the family!

  2. If I found it, I'd make sure it was clean, first off. I can't handle wearing a shoe that looks like it's been worn. I'd have to sanitize. Good thing I carry sanitizer wherever I go. Sure, it may be hand sanitizer, but I bet it would work on a shoe. At any rate, I'd feel better about trying it on.

Because I would TOTALLY try it on. And of course it would fit, and my handsome prince who also reads lots of books would magically appear and we'd ride off into the sunset together.

    Now, where's that shoe?!!?

  3. I would try to find the rightful owner you should never keep something that isn't yours!!!

  4. I would probably think it was quite odd and ridiculous that any woman would go around wearing such a shoe, but that they might like it back as walking around with one is a little awkward, so I also would probably attempt to find its rightful owner. I mean, there ought to be a lost and found at balls, right?

  5. I'd probably sit and stare at it for a bit. Then I'd wake up and realize I'm supposed to do something with it. If it fit, I'd look for the guy with the matching shoe. I'd really hope he was a nice guy!

  6. I'd probably try to find someone to make the mate! (Hey, I love shoes, I'd want to wear it.)

  7. A glass slipper? On the night of the Prince's Ball? I would keep it and place it on a shelf in my room where I would see it everyday to always remember that night. I'd probably take it down and just hold it, or try it on wishing I could look as beautiful as the one who lost the slipper.

  8. I have NO Idea what It's do. But I'm thinking i'd either:
    1- Exchange for Prada
    2-Use as a Bookend
3- Sell for money to buy books
4-Be a good girl and try to find the real owner.
5-Wear it somewhere, of course that wouldn't really work because it might not fit me and I wouldn't have the match.
    Thanks for the giveaway!

  9. Well first, I would try to find the owner.
And if I didn't succeed with finding them.
I would take it home and place it on a shelf for decoration, (after taking some awesome Cinderella-like photos with it. ;) ):)

  10. If I found the glass slipper, I'd probably accidently drop it and chip it, then speculate how it got there to all my friends, inventing wild stories while never actually looking for the owner (because I don't pay attention to the news and would have missed the memo).

  11. Hopping this giveaway is still going. If I found the slipper I wouldn't do anything extraordinary with it. I would ask around to try and locate the owner. If I couldn't find the owner I'd put it up on a shelf or something as a pretty display.
